Privacy Policy

We keep this simple: StatLineTCG collects as little as possible, and we never sell your data. You can browse the entire card database, play the games, and shop without giving us anything personal. We only ask for your details when you choose to request a quote to sell your cards — and we use those details solely to reply to you. Beyond that, we rely on anonymous, aggregate analytics to see what's popular and keep the site fast.

StatLineTCG (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website at statlinetcg.com. You can reach us any time at info@statlinetcg.com.

The sell-a-card form. When you request a quote on our Sell to Us page, we collect the email address you provide, the card counts you enter, and any notes you add. We use this only to prepare your quote and reply to you. Your request is delivered to us by email through Resend, our email provider. We do not add you to any marketing list, and we do not share your details with anyone else.

Email you send us directly. If you email any of our addresses (such as info@statlinetcg.com), we keep that correspondence so we can respond and follow up.

Vercel Web Analytics. We use Vercel's privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count page views and understand which pages are popular. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. See the Vercel Analytics privacy policy.

Google Analytics 4. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which sets, cards, and games get the most traffic). Google Analytics uses cookies and may collect information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and the pages you visit. This data is aggregated and used for site improvement. You can learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and opt out site-wide with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We store small amounts of data in your browser to make the site work the way you expect:

• Theme preference — your light / dark / system choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it.
• Game progress — streaks and high scores for our mini-games are saved locally on your device.
• Analytics cookies — Google Analytics sets cookies as described above.

Theme and game data never leave your device and are not sent to us. You can clear all of this at any time through your browser settings.

Some links on our Shop page and elsewhere are affiliate links — including the Amazon Associates program and our eBay store. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. If you click one of these links and make a purchase, the retailer (Amazon, eBay) may set its own cookies and pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. Those purchases happen entirely on the retailer's site under their own privacy policies; we never see your payment details.

StatLineTCG does not currently display third-party advertising. If we add advertising in the future, we expect to use Google AdSense. At that point, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info. We will update this policy before any ads go live.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the site function — our hosting and analytics provider (Vercel), Google Analytics, and our email provider (Resend) — and only to the extent needed to operate StatLineTCG. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We keep sell-a-card requests and email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and keep our records, and then delete them. Analytics data is retained according to our providers' standard retention periods. If you'd like us to delete information you sent us, just ask.

You can opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on linked above, clear cookies and local storage in your browser, and decline to use the sell-a-card form. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email info@statlinetcg.com.

StatLineTCG is a general-audience site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
